Hanoi - Vietnam's postponement of a scheduled visit by Israeli President Shimon Peres reflects international sensitivities, not Vietnamese sentiment, experts said Monday.Vietnam asked Peres Friday to postpone his visit, originally scheduled a week later, because of international tensions after an Israeli commando raid in which nine activists in an aid convoy were killed last week while trying to break Israel's blockade of the Gaza Strip. Vietnam condemned the raid.
