People who believed in his words were very disappointed and angry.
Later in the US Nguyễn Cao Kỳ said that he will have new relations to
Vietnam and he went to Vietnam to meet Nguyễn Minh Triết in 2005.
Nguyễn Cao Kỳ you are a shame and you were called a general of VNCH and were also
vice president. We were lucky you never became president of VNCH.
